Backstory: Ever since Jaxel could remember, he had been training in combat. He lived in Hilnav all his life, and lived in seclusion from the outside world. He learned how to use Shunpo, and close-combat skills. He was given a box of thumb tacks which were laced with poison as a contingency plan. He also learned how to manipulate Ice and Lightning.
Personality: Aside from being a very outspoken man, Jaxel is one to relay thoughts to other people. He believes that people rely too much on their magic and not enough on close-combat skills. Based on the picture, Jaxel looks pretty young for a 23 year old, but as mature as one.
